6. International taxes & customs fee
Since we are shipping in many countries around the world, we can't pay taxes and customs fees for everyone. It means you will have to pay various freight and duties or taxes according to your country, including VAT and GST Taxes.

International customers who are required to pay customs will receive an email from their local authorities asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Once the payment is done, your order will be processed for final delivery.

7. Third Party Privacy Policies

All Owly Packs products are designed and manufactured to exacting standards and are covered by our user warranty. The warranty covers all manufacturing faults of the fabrics, parts and workmanship for 24 months. Warranty takes effect at the moment of the purchase. Warranty covers the functionality of the product for its normal. It does not cover malfunction of any fabric or component that has resulted from improper or unreasonable use or maintenance, accidents, damage due to excessive winds/weather, improper re-packing or natural degradation due to sunlight.
The following damage is not covered by the Warranty:
- Flaws in the fabric, if caused by excessive wear
- Leaking through seams if there has been excessive abrasion of the seams or the seam sealant tape
- Broken zips if caused by forcing, jamming or improper use
- Broken buckles if they have been subjected to undue force or abrasion
- UV Degradation, color changing caused by weather
If you believe your product is a warranty claim, please first contact us and do not return the product to us without following our procedure.
9. Return Policies
Returns because of cancellation
The buyer may withdraw from the sales contract by contacting Owly Packs directly at email@example.com within 30 days without needing to provide reasons. The deadline is calculated according to the date on which the purchase was made. By canceling within this period, we will fully refund your purchase*.
* If the package has been delivered to you, all the costs for return delivery are at the charge of the buyer. We recommend that you insure your return package, as we cannot refund an item we do not receive. As soon as we receive the package and its contents have no signs of wear, use or damage, we will fully refund what you paid initially (excluding all costs for return delivery).
Returns because of exchange
The items may be exchanged within 30 days. Please note that items should be returned in the original packaging without any visible signs of wear, use or damage and with all original tags attached. For an exchange and more details, please write us an e-mail on firstname.lastname@example.org.

In order to ensure correct delivery of all items ordered, please make sure that you enter your address correctly. Any package returned to Owly Packs due to incorrect and/or insufficient information will require an extra delivery charge paid by the customer, before the package can be despatched again.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination. It takes 2 to 8 open days anywhere in North America and 5 to 45 open days elsewhere in the world.
