As we ship to many countries around the world, we cannot absorb the taxes and customs fees for everyone. This means that you will have to pay various transportation costs and duties or taxes depending on your country, including VAT and GST taxes. International customers who are required to pay customs will receive an email from their local authorities requesting payment for your order. Once payment has been made, your order will be processed for final delivery. To ensure correct delivery of all ordered items, please ensure that you have entered your address correctly. Any package returned to Owly Packs due to incorrect and / or insufficient information will require additional delivery costs to be borne by the customer, before the package can be returned. If the package must be returned to us because of your absence and because all attempts to deliver it to your home have failed, the costs for a second shipment are at the charge of the customer.
